Right now, there is a National DIPG Awareness Resolution which will be introduced with the New Congress. It asks for more consideration for mortality and years of life lost, for a cancer type, with our tax dollars for cancer research. Our sister foundation Michael Mosier Defeat DIPG Foundation has initiated a similar movement among the 50 States to have May 17, 2017 be declared as DIPG Awareness Day. Our National Resolution supports this with National DIPG Awareness Day to be first declared for May 17, 2017!
We ask virtual our virtual runners/walkers to participate between 4/30/2017 "Run the Rocks" (May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month) and
May 17 2017,
THE FIRST EVER National DIPG Awareness Day!

...you're in it for a great cause: funding research for pediatric brain cancer.
Did you know that this is one of the least-funded areas of research, even though it's the leading cause of death in kids with cancer?
You can be confident in knowing that proceeds from this event support cutting edge research for pediatric brain cancer with Jack's Angels.
